Wayland Town Center - Wayland, MA

 Designed to supplement Wayland’s adjacent Historic District, the new Wayland Town Center is a large-scale mixed-use development linking new residential units, retail & office space, a future municipal building, and a two-acre public green. CBA’s detailing and layouts created a strongly defined, pedestrian-focused campus that emphasizes walkability, interconnection, and off-street spaces. These features help to ensure that the project complements, not replaces, Wayland’s existing center.
