CBA developed a Master Plan for upgrading the visitor experience at the Broadmoor Wildlife Sanctuary along Indian Brook and the Charles River in Natick, Massachusetts. The first phase extended an accessible trail by fifty percent and created a new scenic overlook above a wet meadow. Phase two created a new natural play and picnic area, and redesigned the main entrance, parking lot and visitor's courtyard. Vegetation Management and habitat restoration was also part of the scope of work.
