Dr. Loesch Family Park - Dorchester, Boston, MA

By creating better connections and pedestrian circulation, and adding new lighting, furnishings, two lit basketball courts, and a vibrant new playground and splash pad, CBA's design revitalized this large park, exceeding the community's expectations. Areas for multiple uses were highly important in the design. Praised as "an oasis in the city" and "like night and day" when compared to the prior space, the park showcases CBA's ability to respond to the needs and desires of residents and create a neighborhood asset.
