CBA is proud to announce that our Master Plan for Mattapan's 17-acre Almont Park, begun in 2009, is underway! The first phase, the Tre'Vaughn Matthews Play Lot, was completed in Summer 2013. The second phase, which focuses on the sports facilities, is under construction. The third and final phase is finalizing Construction Drawings, with the goal of completing the entire $3.8m project by mid-2015.

The magazine's March 2013 issue features CBA's new park in Chelsea, MA. Surrounded by mixed-income housing redevelopment in this former industrial district. The park is the focal point of the neighborhood, capitalizing on its prominent corner location and steeply sloping site to create a “strong presence and distinct visual identity” that has been “extremely well received” by the public.

Better Homes and Gardens (September 2012) describes the classic cottage charm of Katie Couric's East Hampton NY property. New England Home (March-April 2013) highlights the simple elegance of CBA's design for a rural Massachusetts estate, blending the home with its pastoral setting.
