The Winthrop Middle and High School building is a newly constructed combined school in the seaside town of Winthrop, MA. CBA worked closely with the architects to create a master plan for this large site that met all of the client's programming needs, including a petite play structure for the pre-K early childhood education program, a dining terrace for high schoolers, welcoming plazas at both school entries, and improved accessibility throughout.
